Yesterday I had to be picked up by ambulance from my home and brought to Uconn hospital. The 3 gentleman that were my ems people were absolutely amazing at keeping my calm and comfortable. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
I have never had issues with the Bristol ambulance I had to call them because my daughter 02 kept dropping well they did not rush her to the hospital they transport her to uconn well because of all this now she's in icu for two week and this all happens on April 3
Collin and Shaely transported my aunt to the hospital from her nursing home. They were amazing. They were kind and funny as well. They also made note of information missing from my aunt's medical history that should have been there. Shaely said she would make sure it would be updated with the correct information. Very wonderful and caring people.
Thank you for all of your assistance on March 16, 2021. I along with my family want you to know how much we appreciate you all as a staff. Very hard workers, it hasn't gone unnoticed.
