Janalynne was amazing to work with—she helped me create a menu that accommodated all of our guests’ food allergies and intolerances, and she handled every last-minute change with such care and professionalism.

The food was absolutely delicious! Guests couldn’t stop raving about the appetizers—especially the chicken and beef teriyaki skewers—and there were plenty of dessert options for everyone to enjoy. Even the cake was a hit!

Carmela Marie was an incredible wedding caterer for our special day. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, working closely with us to customize the perfect menu. On the day of, their team delivered amazing service and presentation - the food was absolutely delicious and our guests raved about it being some of the best wedding food they had ever had. We did a stations buffet style and the variety was fantastic, with an incredible dessert bar that our guests loved- our cake was also beautiful and delicious! We were so impressed that we even ordered lunch from them before the wedding, which was equally great. Carmela Marie played a big role in making our wedding day so memorable, and we would absolutely hire them again in the future. Thank you John, Beaty and especially Janalynne!

We’re so glad we chose Carmela Marie to cater our wedding! From start to finish, John and Betsy made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We were given a tasting and rather than a formal meeting, it felt like we were having a home cooked meal. The food was amazing and the menu had so many great options to choose from.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was, especially the desserts! You can really tell how much care they put into what they do. Carmela Marie catered my wedding and the food is to this day one of the most talked about items. They are incredibly open to customizations and very easy to work with, at a wonderful price point! My husband has a lot of allergies, some very complex (onions and garlic) and Carmela Marie worked with us to remove allergens from dishes and still create a wonderful taste. They even created little tags for allergens in the food so everyone knew exactly what they could eat. I would advise every bride to have a point person for vendors to ask questions to. A couple of times during setup the Carmela Marie team asked me questions (which I would always prefer versus making decisions for me!) and I only had to direct them to my planner once and then they communicated with her for the rest of the time.
