My daughter and I had an awesome friendly experience. We left the appointment smiling and pleased. Dr. Paolo and Noami and Staff were pleasant kind and very knowledgeable. They walked is through the process with ease and offer different payment plans to chose from. My family did not have the same experience at the other orthodontist we worked with but we are please to say we found our Orthodontist!!! Thank you DYNAMIC SMILES for putting a smile on our face.😄

We are so grateful to have found Dr. Palo and his team. Our experience with our previous orthodontist left us feeling discouraged and honestly a bit dismissed. Our daughter’s case was clearly serious, yet the insurance request was denied, and the previous office told us there was nothing more they could do unless we paid out of pocket. It felt like our only option was to just accept it.

When we went to Dr. Palo for a second opinion, the difference was immediate. He took one look and was surprised the claim had ever been denied in the first place. More importantly, he cared. He took the time to go back and work directly with the insurance company, and he stayed with it for months until the treatment was finally approved. The very next day, he began her braces.

From the first phone call to every visit since, the entire office has been consistently kind, welcoming, and thorough. The environment is bright and comfortable, and the staff is thoughtful in a way that never feels forced. When a few brackets broke shortly after they were placed, they brought us in the same day and fixed everything without hesitation or frustration. They just wanted to make sure she was comfortable and supported.

What has meant the most to us is the impact this has had on our daughter. She had become so self-conscious about her smile that she barely wanted to talk or laugh. Watching her confidence begin to return has been the greatest gift. Dr. Palo didn’t just help her teeth. He helped give her joy back.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Dynamic Smile Orthodontics in Oxford, Connecticut. My daughter was a first-time patient, and from the moment we walked through the door, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. What truly blew us away was that they managed to squeeze her in last minute to get her braces on the very same day — something we never expected, but deeply appreciated!

The entire team was extremely kind, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain each step of the process to both me and my daughter in a way that felt warm and reassuring.
