Had a crown installed to replace a very old filling. The process was flawless which was so nice. Last crown I had replaced by a completely different unassociated dentist office in Shelton left me in pain for 4 months. Clearly this office and the dentist is able to perform qualified dentistry.
I am not a dental fan- probably one of the worst patients, but today, Oxford Dental Group was there for me, a stranger, not a patient. A cap came off and I needed it re-cemented. I called many offices and found many very lousy practices who were unaccommodating at best. Finally I called Oxford, ironically the closest to where I live, and Peggy answered the phone. Wow! What a difference. She said come over and everyone in that office was so pleasant and kind. Dr. Puglisi was stuck with me and he is fabulous. He understood me, cemented my crown and did it all with great care and competence. As a loather of all things dental, Oxford Dental Group has made me...well, not a believer; but a "considerer," and that is a mouthful coming from me. BRAVO!
