My experience was good. A full check up was done with all of the new technology being used. Dr Zach M was very informative. All of the specifics about my entire dental situation was discussed and presented in a clear and understandable manner. Everyone here is very nice and very helpful. Especially Belinda and Cat. My first few appointments were with Dr Charles and she was great! Glad I chose Quarry Smiles.
My first visit was a Wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and I was greeted by a smiling receptionist and a “Nice to meet you”. I have worked in dentistry/healthcare for 28 years, so for me this was important. The hygienist was very thorough. She and Dr. Charles were very caring and compassionate about my situation.
My official visit fantastic. Zach was down to earth, professional and shared knowledge duringthevisit. The staff was friendly and respectful as anyone should be treated. It was just like the last visit, pleasant. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Quarry Smiles for the kind and professional treatment.
I used to have severe dental anxiety. NOT ANYMORE because of every single person at Quarry Smiles. I went in with a dental emergency and left with a treatment plan. Every visit was warm and welcoming.. They made sure I was comfortable from beginning to end and everyone from dental hygienist (who is very kind and super good at her job) to the front desk staff who are all extremely nice and accomodating and the dentists and dental assistants also made my experience the very best, I cannot thank them enough. An emergency turned into my new primary dental office because their services cannot be beat!!!!
Location and availability is also perfection. I feel like I gained some really great people and professionals into my life. Once you visit here you'll never look at dentists and dental offices the same... They crushed the bar!!!!
I’ve lived in the area for 38 years, and this was by far the best local dental experience I’ve had. Check-in was smooth and welcoming—they honored my pre-registration without repeating questions or wasting time. Dr. Tryphose Charles was warm and friendly, taking her time and making me feel genuinely cared for. Zack gave me one of the most thorough and gentle cleanings I’ve ever had. I left feeling confident and grateful to have found a dental office that truly values its patients. Highly recommend Quarry Smiles!
