This is the perfect gym. Plenty of different machines and equipment. The gym is always clean and staff are super friendly, especially Genisiz. Can’t recommend enough.
Great gym - clean, good selection of equipment and programs, overall vibe is friendly, and good staff. Have been training with Julia for a number of months and very pleased. She takes the time to understand my goals and how we are going to meet them, always has a clear plan, and provides great feedback. She keeps me focused and motivated with creative workout sessions.

For the past three weeks, I have had the pleasure of working with Nate as my personal trainer. Before coming to this gym, I’d exercise sparingly throughout my week. Nate’s program offers an exciting array of routines that are simple, fun and intense. The gym itself is diverse with a welcoming atmosphere. The shake/smoothies they offer are a definite must have especially after a workout. Berry berry good was an immediate favorite. I’ve also been enjoying the Pumpkin Spice, Sweet Potato Pie and Trailblazer on their seasonal menu.
