I was in need of a sympathy basket and called Gift Baskets Galore. Sue was incredibly kind and helpful. It's rare to find such a warm and human touch over the phone these days, and I absolutely found that with Sue. If I ever need to send a gift basket, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Sue.

Gift Baskets Galore is my go-to place when I need to send gift baskets for special occasions or bereavement. I recently ordered a basket when an extended family member died, and Sue called me back to say that someone else had already sent the same basket, and offered to substitute another offering for the same price. I have always tried to support local businesses in town, and now, during the pandemic, they need our support more than ever. I am proud to support Gift Baskets Galore and other mom-and-pop Waterbury businesses, and will continue to patronize them whenever I have the need to send a gift basket. I have gotten many compliments on the baskets I’ve sent, and would recommend this business to anyone who needs to send anyone some goodies to offer their congratulations or condolences.

The day before Thanksgiving I reached out to Susan to have a gift basket of muffins/goodies sent to my Aunt. I requested same day service. Susan politely told me the location was a little further then they normally go and she was full of orders for the day but she would gladly deliver on Friday. I thanked her and told her that would not be needed as I was not confident that my Aunt would be here on Friday as she was Hospice care. Immediately Susan responded with "Put the order in and I will make sure it gets there today". She did just that! My Aunt passed away on Thanksgiving Day. I was able to nourish those by my Aunt's side, and send her a small token of our love all because Susan went the extra mile. In the world we live in today having a complete stranger go above and beyond to help someone in need is amazing. Five stars does not do justice to the customer service that Susan provided to us. I highly recommend Gift Baskets Galore for you gift needs. Thank you again Susan for being a caring, thoughtful person. I wish the world were full of people just like you!

I have ordered a few times from Gift Baskets Galore and was pleased with each basket. When I received my basket I remember thinking, now this is much better than flowers or plants, its also very convenient to just take one of those yummy muffins, unwrap it, butter it and chow down, no waste, no left overs just one at a time; unless that is if you have a tough time choosing between the cookies or angel wings, pretzels, or many other items that come in their baskets. Oh yeah this is my choice from now on.
