I had an excellent experience at Horizon Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The front desk team made scheduling and paperwork easy, and I was seen right on time.
Dr. Modi took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Modi is very thorough, gentle, and clearly focused on patient care rather than rushing through appointments. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the whole experience stress-free.

All I can say is dr.modi is an amazing dentist! I am 33 and am starting my denture journey which is absolutely terrifying! I had another dentist in bristol call me picky because I asked alot of questions.rightfully so im getting my teeth pulled out of my face and getting fake ones! So I left and seen dr.modi. he answered all my questions and assured me I would be happy with the outcome and if I was not he would do whatever it took to make sure I was. The dentist in bristol charged 1200 for tops and bottoms but they only take one impression. Dr.modi charges 3000 but takes 3 sets of impressions and let's you see your teeth on the model before moving on to the final step,which was huge for me and I'm sure anyone because there your teeth and you want to know what there going to look like.
We had a misunderstanding of what the cost would be and dr.modi went above and beyond to help me with the cost which I am so appreciative to him for! My mom also got her dentures made here and they are beautiful look very natural and fit her perfect never has to use glue. Thanks dr.modi for being a care provider that actually cares! If your looking to get dentures or implants and your in ct and have state insurance I cant recommend him more!
The clinic has excellent facilities, availability is more easier. Dr.Modi extracted the wisdom tooth of my son which was a breeze and my son didn't have the pain usually associated with those kinds of extraction. Services for my tooth were excellent especially needing deep cleaning etc. Our while family goes with clinic. Would highly recommend the DR as well the location.
I rarely write reviews, but the service I received from Dr. Modi truly deserves appreciation. For the past five years, I had been visiting my regular dentist for routine checkups and cleanings, and everything always seemed normal. However, about four months ago, I suddenly developed severe sensitivity in one tooth—just one week after my regular checkup and X-rays, which showed no issues.
I returned to the same dentist multiple times within ten days. Despite additional fillings and repeated X-rays, the problem persisted. On my third visit, I was advised to undergo a root canal, which came as a shock and made me uncomfortable continuing with the treatment there.
A friend then recommended Dr. Modi, and that decision made all the difference. From the very first interaction, he was extremely cooperative and responsive, quickly scheduling my appointment considering the pain I was in. Everything was handled with a perfect timeline—there were no delays at any stage, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized.
Dr. Modi thoroughly evaluated my condition, clearly explained the issue, and performed the root canal with great precision and minimal discomfort. The treatment was followed by excellent follow-up care, ensuring proper healing and peace of mind.
It has been more than three months now, and I have not faced any issues. I truly appreciate that Dr. Modi focuses on the right treatment while also ensuring patients are not burdened with unnecessary expenses.
