I had a fantastic experience at JMS Moto. The team was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my V-Strom 650 was running perfectly. The bike went in for a brake fluid flush, steering head bearing replacement, coolant flush, spark plug change, and a top end valve adjustment. They surprised me by fixing the loose grip on my throttle tube and the bar end without me even bringing it up. They noticed it was a safety issue and fixed it right away! It’s clear they really care about their customers and take pride in their work
My motorcycle has never felt better, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all future maintenance. JMS Moto is the only place in Connecticut to go for trustworthy and skilled motorcycle mechanics!
This is a great little shop. The owners are knowledgeable and they will work on anything with 2 wheels. I brought in my Ninja 400 for an oil change and they noticed my chain needed some care so they did that for me as well. Most shops won't go the extra mile but these guys are honest, hard-working, and love what they do. Highly recommend this shop.
This is exactly where you wanna bring your bike, solid people with expertise , welcoming friendly and will even come save your butt if your an idiot and get stuck at a gas station , couldn’t recommend them more 10/5 stars.
