Great service from a knowledgeable staff, and they can usually get your parts within a day or, sometimes, the same day if you order early enough.
NAPA auto parts are ok quality, but definitely not the best. Whatever you do, I would not recommend buying tools there. I bought a Swivel socket there in the morning which broke after it's first use. I tried returning it later that same day, and was told that there are no returns on tools, and they are not guaranteed. Harbor Friday has a better return policy than that. If your expectations are not high, then this is the place for you.
I had to return a part to Napa and dealt with Alex the manager. He was very easy to deal with and replaced the part with no problem at all. I would definitely use them and refer them at anytime. Thanks again.
