I have been taking my car to Pierpoint for about 9 years now. The owner Nancy is wonderful! The mechanic Tony is amazing! Great service there! Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Also very honest, if you need it they tell you, if you don't need it, they tell you. No games. I highly recommend Pierpoint! 👍 Rich

So this is a review that honestly should have been written a long time ago, as I’ve been going Pierpont Service for many years, as well as my family members.
Honestly, a 5 star review is not enough for this place. Pierpont is place of integrity, and honesty that is difficult to find these days, especially in automotive repair. I can’t recommend Pierpont enough, not that they need this review, but it’s well deserved.
Nancy and Tony are awesome. There has never been a disappointment!

Nancy and her team are the only people we trust. My mother has used them for over 20 plus years. They are good and upfront about any issues with your car. Fantastic services. I would give them 10 starts if it were allowed. They go above and beyond to help not just her customers but the neighborhood too!

I used to use Nancy and Tony all the time. They are good people. Over time, them trying to fix my car turned into not being able to fix it properly or not knowing what they were talking about. The newest issue is that Nancy has been extremely unprofessional lately with an attitude from I do not know where. We just tried to call her and she cut my fiance off and said go to economy tire I can't look at it until next week. She would not let him speak. I get it if she's booked but that is not how you speak to people and this isn't the first time. Do not go here. They cannot handle what they have from the start. I am hoping she sees this and realizes she may need to change because she was not always like this.
