Shannon R. is an amazing therapist they makes me feel welcomed and makes me want to drive to actually come here. I would recommend them to anyone that asks I have had several therapists and they were iffy but Keifer is amazing but pop off Shannon R.!!😁
I’ve been going to Kiefer Counseling for several years, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Ashley has been there for me through some of the hardest times in my life and has always been supportive, patient, and understanding. I’ve never once felt judged, only cared for and truly heard. The compassion and guidance I’ve received here have helped me grow so much as a person. I’m beyond grateful for the support I’ve found at Kiefer Counseling and would recommend them to anyone who needs a safe, genuine place to heal and make positive changes.
Absolutely best care and compassion. I called here after I was dropped from therapy and was so worried I asked 3 times to make sure they could handle my level of care. I was matched with the best therapist I've ever had and the most compassionate and understanding medication provider. Erika, my therapist, has been a literal god sent gift. She has greatly helped me with my vast array of issues. Her compassion, knowledge, and advice has truly helped me. Heather, my medication provider, is so patient forward its awesome! She makes my input and feelings around medication fully validated and incorporated into my treatment. She is great also at sharing options that aren't medication based like animal therapy and homeopathic options. I could not recommend a better place to help you get better and actually feel better.
