I have been a patient of Dr. Wade since his previous location, and I absolutely love the new office. It’s in a convenient location—easy to get to from New Britain and right off a main road.

The office itself is aesthetically pleasing, welcoming, and calming. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel comfortable. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely personable.
Dr. Wade is always professional and extremely thorough. He takes the time to explain your care in detail, making sure you understand what’s happening and why. You never feel rushed.

Today, I came in with horrible pain that had been plaguing me for over a month. I finally decided to come in—and I left feeling 1000% better. The relief was incredible.

Dr. Wade, Kaleigh and Kelly are a wonderful team committed to helping their patients. I have been a patient for about 3 months and as always meeting a new doctor can be stressful. Had my second visit today at Life Family Chiropractic and was so impressed with their level of care and thoroughness— this has been a completely different experience than any other chiropractor I’ve visited. I feel confident knowing that my adjustments are backed by both x-rays and thermal nerve imaging, and I’ve even experienced a couple profound shifts already. Their central focus on the human nervous system is exactly what I’ve been seeking, and having already started their book (and received some educational material which is so important in my opinion), I know I’m in the right place. Dr. Federspiel made me feel very at home despite some nerves. Office staff was super kind as well! Highly recommend and looking forward to continuing experience!!
