Honestly do you research on what you’re getting into and look at it as an investment into yourself that can change your life if you want to. I went to James because I was down on my luck and I honestly needed change. I paid for the sessions with the hope of working out. When I got into his hypnosis I was very vague I answered many questions and I told him some things that I wanted to fix. He was honest with me because I didn’t have a physical or tangible ailment I would not know what to look for. I did the first session I did not mention I had a fear of driving from 2 accidents I almost died in. After the first session I had the confidence to drive next to a truck and also pass it with no problem. I had my second session, my life blew up significantly (broke up with my partner, moved out of my place, just at an all time wtf moment.) this was also my fault because I had a mindset that it wont get better unless It blows up. Not even a month later I am happier confident stronger I can manifest anything I want quicker and I have a peace that I have never had before. I can only tell you that I am better from the tools that I’ve gained and even people see me differently and you should not underestimate the power of your mind because his hypnosis literally changed my life. James did a wonderful job working with me, helping me achieve and meet my goals. This stuff really works and helped elevate my test taking anxiety throughout CRNA school. James is a brilliant man. I went to him with a paralyzing fear of bees and wasps. I have a 4 year old daughter and I didn't want to pass on any negative behaviors or thoughts around bees or bugs. I also wanted to be able to enjoy my time with her outside in nature, as we're an active outdoorsy family. I noticed a difference in my anxiety and thoughts immediately after our FIRST session! Now that we've completed all three sessions I have a new found freedom and its incredible. I visited a tulip farm yesterday with my daughter and didn't even notice or think about bees (though I'm sure there were tons). I am able to enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer. I have also become generally less anxious. James was a joy to work with- it felt like I knew him for years! I'm eager to go out and live my new found life now that I am free!! I absolutely loved working with James. I love his personality, and we worked exclusively via remote sessions (hopefully we meet in person one day!) as I travel frequently. I cannot recommend him enough. I worked with him for self confidence and while I had a lifetime of low self confidence when it came to sports performance and combatting old self beliefs, we made quite a bit of progress in just three sessions. Working with James Vera of Miracle Hypnosis Center was an amazing experience. His technique for helping me with my anxiety is by far one of the most effective things I have done. After my sessions, James helped me maintain with a standard daily exercise. After years of panic attacks I cannot believe how much better this was than taking medication. It also helped in my confidence level. Very good service.
