MOVING WITH HOPE is such a special place. I’ve been there many times over the years and they always make you feel welcome and cared for. The team really takes the time to help you get stronger and feel better, no matter what you’re dealing with. It’s not just exercise—it’s a community. I’m so grateful for all they do and proud to support their amazing work.
From day one, I noticed after working with Dave, I was noticeably more limber. It was very obvious to me while working in my yard, garden beds. I could get down and up from the ground, which had been very difficult. And this only improved over the next month.
I'm also walking up and down stairs better than I had and I have a two family house with 2 decks to climb.
Coming here also helps clear my
head, as Dave said, we don't talk about anything negative, just be positive. It's also the interaction with Dave & other staff, who are very helpful and encouraging. There's also a mix of clients here, which I like.
My blood pressure coming off of COVID, etc was pretty high in the past. I feel, it's Dave's mission...to try to get my Blood Pressure down, so I can show my Doctor. Dave tells me, there are machines that can help with that. And, this is my mission to get my Blood Pressure down & to start watching my weight and eating better.
I do feel better when I leave here and that 's huge-- worth it's weight in gold.

I am a T6 complete spinal chord injury. I am paralyzed form the chest down. I have maintained good health and independent living because of Moving With Hope. The knowledgeable staff and state of the art equipment have increased my strength and ability to have a normal life.
Moving With HOPE has changed my life tremendously! I'm grateful to have a place that welcomes me with open arms. The staff is awesome! & this facility is truly one of a kind.
Moving With Hope is an excellent facility! I’m a person who was hit by a tire that fell off a trailer heading in the opposite direction on the highway and the tire jumped over the median and went through my windshield and struck my face and left side. The accident left me with a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and I will walk again with Moving With Hope! My accident occurred over 4 years ago and Moving With Hope is the most positive thing that’s happened to me since. Thank You! I will provide weekly updates on my progress!
