I'm so glad that I purchased from MPL Solutions! Matt is very dedicated to happy customers. I've had to make several calls regarding a product that I should have researched more before buying. Not because it is the wrong product, or that there is anything wrong with the product. I simply didn't know how complex the solution is. Fortunately, Matt is very responsive. He got me in touch with Jose, who was awesome to work with. Jose is a gentleman, and very patiently answered my questions, and provided me a solution that I never could have figured out without his help. Jose is familiar with the technology I needed because he, in actuality, was a customer who purchased from Matt the same item I did. After not getting help from the manufacturer (they didn't help me either), Jose literally had to teach himself the programming language to work out the solution he needed. His knowledge was hard won. Both Matt and Jose were so amazing, and I plan to continue to buy from them because I have never received such exceptional customer service from a business. I can't say enough for how happy I am. If you are considering buying from MPL Solutions, I can tell that my experience is not the exception, but the rule. Matt really does care, and backs a great product with great service. Thanks guys!
Reviews works in both ways and "A lot can go wrong.", Before doing Business with MPL Solutions LLC, Specially with Ebay and OR LOCAL, Consider options, it is not all it shows it can be all the 5 star it shows. Again, BOTH WAYS can go wrong and it did on BOTH WAYS. Be aware before having any transaction with this folks.

Fault on both ways Customer and Seller.
But also falls in the categories of a good customer service.

(In this case your 5 stars service won't match.)
Bottom line: " BOTH SIDES MADE A MISTAKE ".
I have learned a lot today with this experience.
