The food is always delicious! I’ve even catered some food for my daughter’s birthday party. The chowmein and Chinese fried chicken is my favorite but I always get bara because it’s so crispy and yummy! :)
I bought fried rice, chicken chowmein,phourie,chicken curry, fish stew and cassava balls last week. Every thing was quite delicious. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend this Guyanese restaurant
I had the baked chicken fried rice. The rice is a coconut-based rice that I've had in some other countries as well. This was really good. Last time I had it it was Colombian style which is more bland. This Guyanese rice had more flavor. I wanted the cook-up rice but there wasn't any available. I'll be getting that next time. To the owners, I took your cards and distributed them at my job, to try and help the business. 🙂
Update: 5/26/25 - I had their cook-up rice. It's pretty good. It's a little wet and sticky, the way it's supposed to be. Very tasty but my preference is their fried rice with the chicken.
Visited today, food was very good! Polouri was very very good along with the fried rice and chow mein. Food was made fresh, so a little wait but totally worth it for good food
Staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

I ordered chicken roti my husband ordered fried rice and chicken. The food was very good taste reminds me of the Guyanese restaurants in queens nyc. Food was very delicious roti was so soft and nice. Fried rice omg was to die for it was so good. Definitely will come back to try the rest of the menue. Thank you Navina.
