I had a vehicle I just couldn't handle anymore with repairs. It was time for a new one. I went to my regular mechanic at brake point auto, and asked Jimmy to please help me find something reliable, I have a special needs child, it's very important I have a good vehicle. He listened and sent me to his lot across the street to meet with his wife Stacey. She is a gem, truly. Within days I drove away with a beautiful Honda Pilot. I am seriously in love with this vehicle it drives like a dream, and the process was so incredibly smooth. Stacey worked with us and got us a great deal. These people take care of their people!! I have had my share of bad mechanics and dealerships, so I know when it's good, and at jimmy Jim's & Brake point they aren't just good, they are GREAT. They're very honest, and reliable. I recommend both places to anyone!!! I cannot thank them enough!

I found Jimmy Jims on the CARFAX website looking for a first car for my son. Im glad I did! We planned on looking at four cars that day but stopped our search here. Jim and Stacy are honest, nice, down to earth, straightforward people, Rarely do you find these qualities in the car business. Told them what I was looking to spend and they worked with me. Also, Jim made sure every detail was taken care of so that my son could have a safe dependable car. When I picked up my tags he also programmed a spare key that I bought! What dealer would do that!! I plan on seeing JIm and Stacy for my next car! I would give 6 stars if I could. It was worth the 25 mile drive to their store!

When making our decision about purchasing reliable transportation, my significant other and I did years of research. We considered leasing new, buying "cheap" new, driving to any state in the country, read online forums, communicated with brokers, dealers, new and used, and spent a lot of time on CarGuru and sites like it such as Carvana.

We wanted safe, reliable, fuel efficient, technology, leather, comfort, and as many bells and whistles as we could get at the lowest cost with great customer service (or none in the case of Carvana).

I had never in my life considered buying used until it came to the point where we realized that we just wanted more car than we were willing to put depreciating money into.

We ended up at Jimmy Jim's and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the experience of a family-owned hometown one-location shop with CarGuru recognition plaques on the wall and great reviews online from customers. They are there for a reason! We are not an exception. They did everything to make our first experience buying a car a phenomenal one. We were people who could have easily been taken advantage of and yet we were treated like we were their family.

They had the vehicle cleaned for us looking great and the process was seemless. They even helped us with a ride to and fro until our vehicle was ready to be picked up.

We drove it all the way back across the country and even the out of state transfer of title was super easy.

Even our kitty, Pete, got to enjoy the outdoors and customer service at Jimmy Jim's.

Pete loves his perch in the backseat of the 2012 Black Toyota Prius with 85,000 miles on it. We financed through Lightstream, online bank out of Florida a division of a real brick and mortar bank, Sun Trust Bank in Florida.

Highly recommended. A+++ and you can trust this business. That being said you should do your vehicle research regardless of where you buy it. Happy customers here!
