This gym is private and clean - what else could you want from a gym? The community of other trainers and clients is upbeat and positive - the classes create such a hardworking, welcoming environment. If you’re looking for a one-on-one type of training experience combined with the option of group classes weekly, this is the spot for you. The owner, Mike, is professional and will provide whatever services you need. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into fitness for the very first time, and also those who have been in the space but are looking to expand their fitness goals even further. 👏🏻👏🏻

I look forward going to Peak 10 ct every single time I have a session. I actually could not ask for a better trainer than Mike. He has gotten me stronger, and while getting stronger I've had a super fun time.

I have been training with Mike for 1.5 years now 2/3 times a week. I’ve lost 40 lbs, and gained strength in every portion of my body. I came to Mike in the worst shape of my life and still recovering from two torn MCL knee injuries. At that time, I wasn't able to complete a body weight squat. I can now squat a fairly significant amount of weight for multiple reps and have gained my full mobility back. Mike is attentive and caring. He is also very knowledgeable with nutrition and supplements. I strongly recommend his services and this gym. The gym is comfortable with lots of free available parking. The showers are clean and there is even a cafe on site for a quick coffee on your way out.

I have lost and kept off 39 lb and I'm in the best shape of my life at 45 years old.

For many years i've struggled going to the gym & getting in better shape. At the beginning of 2022 I finally decided to start fitness for real this time and got referred to Mike from Peak 10 by a friend, and I couldn't have asked for a better referral.

Mike has been training me for almost a year now & for the first time in my life I have seen results from working out. Not only have I actually gained muscle but i've also gained confidence and something fun to look forward to every morning when we meet for training. Working out by myself in the past with no plan was a recipe for failure. Mikes structured personal training works for me because when I go into the gym on the days i'm not with him I have a clear workout plan to follow that works best for me and my goals. Gone are the days of "oh this machine looks cool, let's use this".

If your goal is to be more active by weight lifting, you need to reach out to Peak 10.
