I purchased my 2019 Tahoe RST new from Richard Chevrolet and have been using their service team for everything because they are great. However, recently their service advisor Don went above and beyond. Due to an accident of someone close, I had to drive out of state on a daily basis...but then my truck required immediate service. The repair was going to take a few days, but Don had a loaner that same day allowing me to still travel. His communication with me is always respectful, detailed and informative. Don and Richard Chevrolet Service are the definition of platinum service.
Amazing visit! Stopped in for a quick tire rotation on my Blazer EV SS. They promptly took the vehicle in, did the rotation while i waited in their very nice waiting area, and got the vehicle back and drove off in 45 minutes or so. Staff is super friendly, nice, and professional! Great place for service!
Great experience at Richard Chevrolet, Donnie in service was absolutely fantastic. He got the work done and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I could not be any more happy with the service I received.
The Service Department at Richard saved my bacon and my 2007 Silverado again! Dropping the kids off at school and daycare on my way in I experienced a hard shift and accompanying check engine light along with loss of tachometer signal. The truck was able to get the kids dropped off and made it into the shop alright. Without an appointment just as they opened, Danielle and the amazing service team was able to get my truck in and provide me with a loaner the same day so I could keep my busy schedule. The technicians were able to diagnose the problem and change the crankshaft position sensor and get my truck back up and running and to me ALL IN ONE DAY!! I cannot thank these amazing people enough for all they've done to help keep my vehicle and family running! Cannot recommend them enough!
Don Basil in service is the gold standard for customer service. Took my CPO Chevy Colorado in that I purchased in Vermont and coordinated a repair with the Vermont dealership and had me out the door in a day. In today’s world, “doing what you say you’re gonna do” is hit and miss. Don and Richard Chevrolet has always been the best to deal with. Thank you, Don
