I recently switched to Thomaston Dental Associates. I have had 2 separate appointments this month (2 fillings and a cleaning). The staff has been so pleasant & accommodating. The cleaning was thorough & my fillings were quick and painless. Dr. Lombardo was great! Highly recommend this practice.
Fantastic office. Great friendly staff. Heidi is an excellent hygienist. Calm, relaxing and great personality. Dr Judy is a gentle kind dentist. She takes great care of you. It’s a great office all around.
What a kind group of people! All the staff at Thomaston Dental are very professional. My 91 year old Mother says: "Missy (one of the dental hygienists) is so pleasant! And in the 10 years that I've been going to her, she has never hurt me at all. She's kind, thoughtful, and gentle." I absolutely agree with this. Doctor Lombardi is also wonderful. She's always painless when she's taken care of my various dental issues, including filling a cavity.... I wasn't able to tolerate a normal dental guard for my teeth grinding, so Rick, custom made one that is extra thin for me and this makes it much easier to use. And the two women in the front office are very understanding, kind, and efficient. I'm so glad that my Mom turned me onto Thomaston Dental.
Heidi is fabulous. She is friendly, helpful, thorough, gentle and personable. She is always a pleasure and I always leave feeling like the entire experience is never stressful like many medical offices. She's the best. The ladies at the front desk were also kind and helpful. I enjoy going to the dentist. Everybody is very nice here. Whether it be Hiedi or Missy I am always pleased with my experience, leaving with that clean feeling.
They always check to make sure you don't have any questions and most importantly pain or issues with your mouth!
