I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tara at this Ulta location. She is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and truly passionate about her work. She took the time to really listen to me, understand what I needed, and she was absolutely spot-on. If you have the chance to work with her, consider yourself very lucky.

From start to finish my experience at Ulta Salon was amazing! 💇‍♀️✨ Isaiah greeted me so professionally when I arrived. I was there for a few hours since I had a lot done—cut, highlights, deep conditioning, and a blowout—but both Bri and Isaiah were super professional and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Bri absolutely nailed my hair! 😍🔥 It feels healthy, looks gorgeous, and the blowout was perfection. I’m obsessed and will definitely be back. Thank you Bri!!

Thank you so much for helping me, the southbury store cares about their customers. Long story short, I saved a few bucks a week, for ALMOST A YEAR to get this perfume for myself for mother's day, this wasnt just a perfume, it ment alot to me, it represented my journey, everything ive overcome and becoming a mother. Recently the bottle broke due to unforseen circumstances, which was still full (only used a few times), resulting in cuts and tears and a bottle shattering like ive never seen before. A family friend went in and a talked to the staff, explained everything. The staff were so kind to listen to my story, they had compassion and were so helpful to do what they could to get a replacement for me. So friendly and made me feel cared about. Thank you. I have never experience such kindness before.

Went for eyebrow lamination tint and shape, got a lady named Aliana instead of Iris, felt like she waxed off part of my eyebrow, and kinda looks like it. Tried hard but not super happy with the results :(

I had a few things in mind for what I was shopping for, but out of the almost hour and a half time span I was there on Tuesday not a single employee asked me if I needed help. Even as they were walking around they made no attempt to be friendly. The employees were communicating by yelling back and forth at each other and back by the salon it sounded so chaotic the employees were yelling amongst themselves and just complaining about what they had to do. I'm familiar with Ulta in the Danbury mall where everyone is always so helpful, communicates and always give me recommendations on what's new. I would only come here from now on if I know exactly what I need to grab and go. The girl at the register was nice. I spend a few hundred dollars at Ulta pretty frequently but I'd rather drive further for the customer service from the mall. I would have bought a few new lip tints if they had some suggestions and not behaved as if I was invisible.
