Ordered a tent and tables 30 days ago. ACME Party Rentals just delivered a smaller tent than I ordered. As a result, only half the tables will fit under the tent. Hope they correct this in the morning before our guests arrive. Stay tuned...

We needed to pick up some tables and chairs for a party. The positive: they seemed to have a good quantity of everything you needed. The workers who helped with the loading, seemed genuinely helpful and concerned. The negative: Everything else. The owner was so rude. She didn't show any customer service. The place seemed to be in a chaos, with no organizational structure. There were several people waiting for over an hour to try and pick up their supplies.
I've had a great experience with ACME Party Rentals. Bonnie was quite helpful guiding me through the process of selecting the table and chair options that would meet my party vibe (and budget needs.) This was the first time I have ever rented for an occasion at my home, i had a ton of questions and Bonnie was patient and honest when answering them. The items were delivered early, were clean and in great condition. The delivery team was also quite friendly and worked quickly. The entire process was smooth, which is very much appreciated as party planning can be quite stressful! I would work with ACME party rental again in the future without any hesitation.
I can't say enough amazing things about Acme Party Rentals. Bonnie was great. I called constantly for a month to add additions to our rental and Bonnie was extremely accommodating. She is knowledgeable and gave us suggestions to make our party better. I felt confident in her advice and everything was perfect. The gentleman who did the delivery and install were great. They were friendly and worked so quickly. They were an absolute pleasure. Bonnie and team thank you so much for the wonderful service. You are top notch. You will be our go to for all of our events. Acme is stellar!
If you are reading reviews, PLEASE PLEASE IGNORE all the horrible reviews. Bonnie has been nothing but truly helpful and wonderful. Our daughter had to change her wedding last minute with only 6 weeks of preparation. I called Bonnie at Acme Rentals and she was accommodating in every way. The tables and chairs were delivered 5 hours ahead of the scheduled contract which we were very thankful for. Bonnie - we will absolutely be renting from you in the future. May God continue to bless your business ABUNDANTLY.
