Had such an amazing experience and was so helpful and supportive in real time just kinda of made my day go from alright to amazing so glad for the support 6 stars if I had the option!
I had the distinct pleasure of having David Canlas, Customer Service Representative provide invaluable support to meet my CPAP needs. His listening skills and maturity were invaluable in meeting my needs. His dedication in solving my dilemma is a credit to Adapt Health. He followed through all aspects of the situation and his coordination with other sections far exceeded my expectations of any Customer Service Rep. Mr. Canlas has set the standard for Customer Service personnel and more than exceeded my expectations! Congratulations on a SUPERB JOB.

Nicole SAVED MY DAY!!!
Not only my day, Nicole saved my upcoming vacation to Belize by calling to let me know that the supplies I ordered to go with my new CPAP mini were not compatible.
I had no idea that my last minute order was going to arrive and would not have worked, meaning I was going to leave the country on Christmas Day with a non-functional sleep machine! I have sleep apnea that causes me to stop breathing as many as 40 times an hour, so I’m dependent on my CPAP to sleep soundly & feel normal during the day. On top of that, this is a scuba diving vacation -which is all about staying calm & breathing!
Nicole caught the discrepancy, reached out & left a detailed message. I returned the call but didn’t get anyone so I left a panicked message because it was end of day Friday.
At 5 minutes to 5:00 (closing time for Adapt Health) when she could have been on her way home to start her own weekend, Nicole called me back (3 calls) until I answered (my darn phone ringer was down low so I missed the first two). With a truly warm tone & obvious concern, she made the order changes necessary for me to get exactly what I would need AND updated the shipping method so I would get it before I fly out!
Thank you so very much Nicole! What you did was a very big deal for me and my family.

Nicole was superb. She helped me solve a problem that required immediate action. She was professional and courteous. I just wish that every customer service person spoke as clearly and was as knowledgeable as she is.
Please note that I am praising Nicole –not the whole organization about which I know nothing.
Their overnight shipping charges are scandalous –far exceeding extremely excessive.
