Staff is professional & courteous. Dr Merchant is the absolute best. Very easy to talk to. Loved everything about her.
Dr. Badock’s bedside manner is lacking. He was curt and brief with me, spending only approximately one minute with me before hurriedly dismissing me. Maybe this is just his baseline personality, but he did not take the time to adequately address my concerns or provide a thorough assessment. This experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and rushed. He also didn’t properly take the time to explain to me next steps which caused confusion upon my check up. While the rest of the office staff was pleasant to work with and I have no issues with them, I would strongly advise against seeing Dr. Badock again. If you decide to visit this office, I strongly recommend seeking a different physician. This review is mainly for the doctor and not the office as whole.
Doctor merchant was great i though after being sick for eight week went to get answers waiting for results a long time she cancel 4 days before follow up appointment first was told test results was not in then was told she had procedure to do don't understand i had appointment for 4 weeks don't know why procedure was scheduled made more money the cherry on top iask for doctor call back never called I will not call again staff very nasty unfortunately my primary doctor referred her I tell no thanks for a referral next time I have health issues and deal with six different doctor's the first time I was treated like this
The office itself was very neat, bright and clean.
The office staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful.

Dr Viksjo spent enough time with me, answered any questions. Took his time with the visit, did not feel rushed at all. He was very easy to talk to and truly listened to my input.
