Dr.Obianwu and the staff are very pleasant, professional and on point. I definitely recommend them. Dr.Obianwu is a great doctor and surgeon. I had my surgery back in December and I felt comfortable and at ease. My experience was good and they did follow up with me as well to make sure everything was good. I appreciate the time and effort they put into their patients.
Walked in to find a very clean and good looking doctors office. Waited in the waiting room for almost an hour waiting to see Dr. Obaniwu on a scheduled follow up appointment. I thought an hour was excessive and I was bothered by how many people continued to walk in for appointments and just sit and wait. They seem to have a problem with over scheduling patients. Reception staff was professional but not friendly or welcoming. Nursing staff was friendly and quick with getting me set up. Dr. Obaniwu walked in after over an hour of waiting and mumbled an apology. I could tell he was not listening because he asked the same questions multiple times where I gave him the same answers. I saw him for 3 minutes tops and left. To say I was disappointed with the practice is an understatement. I will not return.
I had an emergency operation performed by Dr. Perkins and unfortunately my follow up was not with her despite her wanting me to follow up with her specifically. She was amazing at Mount Holly Virtua. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional but down to earth with me at the time I saw her during my hospital visit. She is the only reason I bothered to give more than a one star review.
Dr. Obianwu seems knowledgeable in his work! I don't have experience with the plastic surgery division, my review is in regards to the obstetrics and gynecology department. I feel that he truly cares about his patients health. I like that I do not feel rushed with.
All the staff are willing to answer any questions I may have and the office is organized. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and know patients by name. They have smiles on their faces and engage in wonderful conversation with you while you wait.
I rarely have to wait to be seen. I'm glad that they accept most state insurances. I feel so comfortable here and my service animal is treated so welcoming here!
