I call Dr Kosheff my angel on Earth!! With his vast knowledge and techniques he has relieved my chronic pain. He helps me with migraines, balance, my torn shoulder muscle and so much more!! I leave every appointment balanced and pain free!!!!!! I have noticed an improved workout after I see Dr Kosheff, I know what to focus on and how to build and protect my muscles and body.
EVERYONE SHOULD SEE HIM FOR AN EVALUATION!!!!

Dr. Mitch helped tremendously in improving the mobility of my shoulder! Some days it hurt to even brush my hair! Although I go to the gym. and still very active, I’ve become limited due to flare ups with arthritis and tendinitis issues. The massaging, cupping and exercising during PT appointments really improved the quality of life! I follow up with sports doc and plan to resume a maintenance program with Dr. Mitch. I am retired and want to enjoy it as best as I can; these PT treatments will help ease pain and maintain flare ups as I expect good days and bad days ahead! THANKYOU DR. MITCH

I met Dr. Mitch at a party for a friend. He overheard me talking about issues with my hands. I told him I had surgery and it didn't work. I had 3 full rounds of hand therapy over 2 year and it didn't work. He told me he could help. His approach was much different from the others. my hands are much better now for 2 years. I sleep through the night, I work with my hands at work. The maintenance program he gave me always helps.
    Thanks Dr. Mitch!
