Everyone who came to the house worked hard and diligently and did a fantastic job as well as being very pleasant people to be with. One outstanding mention is the master shower.... The last time it looked this good was the day they finished installing it. I am very appreciative of the team and the company as a whole.

Beware: Confirm the number of cleaners per hour, the maximum number of hours, and require notification if anything changes.

I booked a last-minute deep clean before the holidays, which they accommodated, and that was appreciated. They arrived about two hours late with no call. only found out because I called. I had flexibility so timing was ok.
I was told cleaning crews consist of four people at $45 per person per hour. At around 3 hours I started signaling they needed to wrap up. The job ran four hours and the crew worked hard, but the final charge did not match the total I was expecting based on the number of people I was told were in a crew. I was later told a second crew was sent due to staffing issues and to ensure the cleaning did not take even longer, without informing me or giving me the option to decline or adjust the scope. When I questioned it, I was told I should have mentioned a budget. This is a deceiving practice: charge more unless told otherwise...
The cleaning was good but was not perfect. One bathroom still had water stains, which they did return to address, but I still had to clean the kitchen cabinets toe kick myself afterward.

Overall assessment: My house is cleaner, but it cost far more than expected due to poor communication. Because of that, I cannot recommend this company.

We have been using Always Immaculate since we purchased our home 8 years ago. We have never been disappointed!!! They do an amazing job and are so friendly and accommodating. l have recommended them to my friends and neighbors who are completely satisfied as well!! 5 big stars from us!!!!

Andrea and her team were absolutely wonderful! I was hesitant to have anyone come into my 102 year old father in law's home because I did not know how he would react but within the first hour of deep cleaning his home, I knew all was good. They all made him feel comfortable. He was truly amazed at all they cleaned. They are true professionals! Next is the upholstery and rugs and then routine cleaning. Thank you Always Immaculate for a job very, very well done! I also want to thank Sally for coming into pop's home and speaking to him beforehand. You totally made him feel comfortable just by introducing yourself and speaking to him.

I decided on short notice to get my house professional cleaned prior to company arriving to stay at my home. I called Always Immaculate and Sally could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She was able to get a crew of four to my home within a few days. The cleaning crew was prompt, courteous and did an amazing job making my home sparkle. I would use their services again.
