Anita’s Baked Wonders

Amazing baked authentic Argentine empanadas! We got these at the Montclair Farmers market so we haven't actually been to the shop at Florham park yet. Best store bought empanadas!!

Hands down the best Argentine empanadas I’ve had in years. Soft dough surrounding delicious fillings. Our favorites are the traditional beef and the ham and cheese. Pair them with a green salad for an easy dinner or heat up in the microwave for breakfast on the run. I usually pick up at the Wine store in Summit but you can’t beat buying them freshly baked at their store in Florham Park.

These empanadas are the best! The pastry is flaky and rich. There are many different fillings to choose from and there are even gluten free empanadas. I highly recommend this gem of an establishment.

I have never tasted such delicious empanadas in my entire life! Stuff is super friendly, beautifully designed store front, and food is just out of the world.
But what really made me write this review is Anita’s incredible kindness and generosity. My granddaughter has Celiac disease and although Anita's gluten free empanadas are not GF certified, they are absolutely safe for Celiacs because of the way she prepares them - bakes them separately once a week and freezes them, to avoid cross contamination with gluten. I mentioned to Anita that after being sick for several days, the only thing my granddaughter ate with pleasure were her empanadas. I reordered them and was supposed to get them in several days, but Anita went out of her way and made gluten free empanadas the same day! Thank you so much for your kindness, Anita!

Done with the typical fried greasy oil dripping empanadas!! Anita's by far have the best I've ever had!! Trust me you'll thank me later😉😉
