What a nightmare of an associate Dennis was. I felt the same aforementioned condescending tone and his general disinterest dealing with him in the store–as if I was bothering him when trying to do a return and purchase. Awful experience with him. The man who was helping me before Dennis came over to me was great, but he had to leave.
Brought my work phone in for a genius bar appointment. I was assisted by Wilson who took his time, did not make me feel rushed and thoroughly answered all the questions that I had. Overall, a great experience.
I’m at the shopping center at least once a week. Between anthropology, Aria, Athleta, the Nike store an Apple. There’s a lot of shopping you can do without stepping foot into garden State or another crowded mall. There’s a great burger spot as well as Panera and you have Sephora right across the street.
I have mixed feelings about this location. Usually, I have a pretty good experience there but yesterday was not so good. I am fully aware the new phone dropped and they are busy but I had to go back to the rice corner location due to my partner thought he left something there. He tried calling but good luck with getting someone on the phone. I ended up going and waiting a while to actually ask someone if they had the item. And when I finally was able to ask I ask told “hold a sec, yeah I know” it was rude and very unprofessional. She didn’t even let me tell her why I was there. They did have what was left behind but that wasn’t the only issue. As I was waiting there was a woman trying to Noah for her purchase and the employee who was helping the young woman was soooo rude to her. the woman was trying to get the payment situated and I overheard the employee say ” how are you going to pay, what’s the problem. I have other customers to take care of.” The poor young woman was sweating and apologizing. It was an uncomfortable situation. I thought Apple is supposed to treat everyone with dignity and respect. It was all around not a great experience yesterday.
