I love this store! Really outstanding customer service, responsive, flexible, and expert. High five to Brandon M, who is outstanding support at the “Genius Bar” (their customer service out area) inspired me to write this review. Have been here several times, and bought my iPhone and accessories here and appreciated there was no hard sell at all.
Any time I go to this location the staff are always nice and helpful. Tonight I was trading in my Mac and iPad to upgrade my iPad and Holly helped me out. She was so incredible, so kind, very knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and was just such a pleasure! She genuinely made the experience fantastic and I can’t thank her enough.
