We were so well taken care of by Lauren at their Marlton NJ location. The store was nicely laid out, and Lauren was terrific showing us all the various options on the pieces we were looking at. Ultimately we purchased 2 pieces today and may very well be back for more. I think Arhaus offers a much better value for the money than most other retailers.
Working with Arhaus has been such a wonderful experience! Karen and Patricia are such an amazing team I really can’t say enough about them. Karen sat patiently with my husband and I on many occasions, sometimes for hours, helping to pick out all the beautiful furniture for our new build which is in Tennessee. Patricia was brought in and is an absolute Master at interior design! Everything flows seamlessly in the design and layout. Melissa, the store manager, is so sweet and made sure any hiccups were swiftly handled. I honestly can’t say enough about this Team! I refer all my friends here because I know they won’t be disappointed. Thanks again to this Dream Team for making our house absolutely spectacular in every way!!!
I have been shopping with Arhaus since they opened and most our home is designed with their furniture. I’m happy with everything. Most recently Karen Wallace helped me decorate my Family Room, master bedroom, dining room and guest bedroom. I couldn’t have done it without hers and the designer, Patricia’s, guidance. Karen has always been responsive, including when I had an issue with one of my end tables. It was immediately resolved. My home feels so put together now.
The furniture is beautiful and as a long term customer, I can attest to the quality of Arhaus furniture. The prices are higher than average. The pieces tend to be chunky and substantial, neither delicate, nor fragile, and not for tiny spaces. The colors are often basic earth tones and neutrals but every now and then, a color like teal pops up. This particular store is in a sleepy outdoor mall in South Jersey. Not crowded at all and associates are very willing to help or leave you alone. Easy shopping.
