Came in search of 2 pet friendly upholstered club/side chair. Was greeted at door by “Genell” who made me feel welcomed and she advised me my sales representative , Debbie, was on the phone but would be with me shortly. I told her what I was looking for, and she pointed me in the right direction and encouraged me to look around. She kept checking in on me and updating me on Debbie’s availability which I appreciated and thanked her. Once Debbie became available she too was pleasant and put no pressure on me to make a quick decision. Once I selected my fabric and chairs, the order and warranty essentials explained, I left as a happy customer who felt valued. I got what I was looking for, received valuable fabric information and had a dignified experience.

We love our furniture! Our experience was fantastic. If purchasing for an entire room, definitely take advantage of the free interior design consultation! It's helpful to see the layout before purchasing!
First, they make the BEST couches! I strayed from them with my last ones… big regret!!! Besides that, their staff is amazing, friendly, and BEYOND helpful!!! Sharon came to my house to help choose our couch and its layout. Not buying a couch from anyone else ever again.
Debbie and Sharon were both fantastic! They were very knowledgeable and just lovely people. Sharon came to our house with some fabric samples, measured the space, and created a 3D rendering of our living room. This really allowed us to see the space and figure out the most conducive layout. I can't wait for our couch, recliners and swivel chair to arrive.
Cindy F our salesperson is great!! Our first experience with Cindy was so awesome that when we were looking to purchase another recliner, we went back to Cindy!!! She is pleasant, Patient and listened very carefully to our needs and wants. She showed us many options and let us take our time to choose our perfect recliner.
As long as Cindy is working at La-Z-Boy in Marlton, she will always be our Sales person!!! Also, the sale was great 30% off!!!!
