Amazing place to train jiu-jitsu. World class instructors and facilities. Can’t recommend this place enough. From newcomers to advanced, they have classes for everybody. Great vibes and atmosphere.

Ascend BJJ is honestly one of the best gyms I have ever trained at. Professor Mateus and Professor Bill create an environment that is welcoming, respectful, and serious about learning. They both take the time to help every student, no matter your level, and you can tell they truly care about your progress on and off the mats.
The vibe in the gym is positive and supportive, and the coaching is top tier. If you are looking for a place to train that feels like a community and pushes you to get better every day, Ascend is the spot. Highly recommend.

Prof. Matheus and Prof. Bill provide the perfect blend of a welcoming atmosphere, and word-class instruction. They immediately make you feel at home and take their time to make sure you understand every step.
The school itself if clean and inviting. Not only are the mats clean, but the locker rooms, bathrooms, and shower (!!!) to boot!
So glad to be part of the Ascend family.
If you live close by and been wanting to start Jiu Jitsu this is your chance to join and be taught by the best professors in this game! Bill and Matheus are unbelievable when it comes to this game, they have made me better ever since I started my jiu jitsu journey. Go train with them and see for yourself!
