B3 Bicycles - Giant Howell

This is my second bike purchase with B3. I stopped by over the weekend for a new bike and the staff had been nothing less than stellar.

Jarrad and Ian took time to answer any and all questions with clarity and depth that made me feel confident about the bike I was about to buy. Ian even took time to walk me through all the new technology my old bike didn't have and taught me step by step on the maintenance and care. Jarrad's expertise in bike fitting made me feel confident in the setup and stressed that he was a phone call away with any questions or concerns.

Looking around the shop, the store is well stocked with plenty of choices for riders of all shapes and sizes with all accessories you could need for a new bike. They even introduced me to their new in house brand of bikes that I had a chance to test ride. Shame I wasn't in the market for a new hybrid bike.

As I waited for the bike, I watched the staff interact with other customers and witnessed each staff member's patience and care in addressing customer questions and concerns.

My own experience, and seeing how the staff interacted with other customers, will keep me coming back. Thanks again to the staff for a great shopping experience.

Great experience at this shop. Owner and bike mechanic Ian were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I picked up a beautiful Specialized Sirius 2.0 and had a few rides on it already. What a fantastic bike! Looking forward to future purchases. Thanks again guys!

B3 takes good care of you after the sale with a full range repair shop. Jarrad is the head wrench. We just had tune ups done to my and my wife’s bike. Even at the beginning of the spring rush the bike was done within a week and it feels smooth and looks clean. What especially appreciated was their efforts to reuse parts that were in good condition rather than just replace, saving me a few dollars without sacrificing quality.

B3 is owned by a local avid cyclist so they know the territory and the people. They have seminars to help you learn how to take care of your bike. They also partner with my local cycling club to offer workshops.
