New in town, we wandered in for our first-visit-ever and were instantly treated like long-lost friends. Attitude was extremely positive at this shop featuring the BEST bicycles - despite the fact that my son's bicycle was an old, ruinous mess, with stuffing coming out of the seat, a falling-off chain, and gear shifting that had not worked in so long I literally thought the bike was a one-speed cruiser. We were treated with great respect, the work was finished quickly, the price was fine, and 'ready-for-pickup' texting was great. ** IMPRESSED! **
Great shop. Best product line on the Jersey Shore with a fantastic selection of bikes, shoes, clothing, accessories and hats. And a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Digger really knows his stuff, he can find the right bike and fit for anyone from a young beginner to a pro level expert. Highly recommend!!

I have a 28 year old bike that had a recall, and the expertise of the Brielle Bicycles Staff knew it and verified it. The repair included all of the front end of the drive train using the recall replacement parts at no cost to me. My other 17 year old Verve 3 had gears not shifting properly, Brielle fixed it without incident. Excellent Bike Mechanic, who also helped size me up for my addition to the garage that again will be with me for 20, 30, who knows how many years. Trek picked the right business to sell there dependable, durable, my favorite bikes. The difference in Brielle Bicycles is that the staff understands what customers need to get off on the right foot when it comes to riding bicycles. TY Brielle Bicycles.

Customer service is always on point, always focused on the customer not the price point. Great service always at Brielle Cyclery. I always recommend and speak highly of the shop. Good old school friendly bike shop. We have a long history with Brielle and after 7 bike purchases and numerous repairs, we have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work.
