I was glancing at reviews...2 mens reviews of bad experiences ??? They are excellent there...They are the nicest guys up there ....I just had a tire on my Grandaughters bike just blow out...literally the guy at closing time took the time to fix it. We had just had her old bike tuned up...I was thinking of buying her a Guardian Bike.too much hype and cost and its online...We thought for Easter...they have Comparable and nice bikes and are there to fix or help with at a drop of a hate.....Help THE LOCALS STAY in business...BEST PLACE EVER

Took my wife’s bike in for a simple shifting issue, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a new derailleur, and had it ready in just a few hours. We also purchased bikes for our kids, and the team did a great job sizing them up and making sure everything was set. I brought in my own bike for shifting issues and a new crank, and again the service was excellent. Professional, clear communication and quick turnaround - this shop goes above and beyond. 10/10 experience.

I recently moved to this side of TR, and brought my bike into Padi’s Pedal Power for some general maintenance, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable from the start. I mentioned what the top of my budget was, and without hesitation the worker assured me that we likely wouldn’t even come close to that amount—he even said they’d call me if the cost approached half of it. That honesty and transparency really stood out. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and my bike rides like beautifully. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing bike repairs or service!

Went in today to see about a new bike for my daughter and couldn’t be more thrilled we came here first! Found Padi’s from a negative review about a different local bike shop I had planned to go to. Steve, the manager, and his young man associate were so helpful, patient, and answered all of our questions! They were understanding of my daughter’s needs and showed us multiple bikes in the store. They offered a test ride on anything we wanted until we found the perfect bike for our daughter’s birthday. They even installed the water bottle holder we purchased! Steve then showed me how to disconnect the wheel so I can transport the bike without buying a bike rack! Couldn’t be more thrilled with this establishment, the employees, and our our purchase! I’d recommend them to anyone and would never go anywhere else to buy or for service. Thanks boys!!

My husband thought that he had a flat tire and we were new in the area, we chose this shop because it has good reviews....and we weren't disappointed - they took his bike to check it right away, said that it's not flat, it was some other little issue, which they fixed free of charge... We were positively shocked, it was a nice gesture and they have us for their future services..! 👍😁💓
