I had no idea who Igor Beyder was and was recommended to me by a friend and 1000% I want to let everyone, he was by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with and 1000% has the sellers best interest and not what's in his or the buyers interest. Totally has the pulse of the market and what is needed to successfully sell your home. He is extremely responsive and doesn't ignore you regardless of the listing of your home. Again, he's the best realtor I have ever dealt with and if you don't choose him, you will lose a ton of money on the sale of your home.
