With the new management requesting maintenance is a lot easier, Erika was really nice she followed up with me after the services was completed to make sure i was happy, i thought that was really nice

Been living here 2 years now, I love how pet friendly my building is, the gym is perfect, and the staff is great, especially Erica and Shelly, Erica is the morning concierge she talks to every resident, and makes you feel like family, will go way over and beyond the call of duty to make sure whatever concerns or needs you have are met. Shelly, although she works in the office, if you catch her on the property showing future residents apartment she always greets you with a smile and asks how your day is going. For anyone reading this and is deciding to move here, if you want a pet friendly, clean building, and that family feeling this could be the place for you.

Great apartment complex with friendly and courteous staff. Esp the concierge’s at the entrance always willing to go above and beyond to assist and make us as residents feel so welcomed. The atmosphere is like walking through a spa soothing music takes place here stress off work or where ever you coming from away..:

It’s crazy to think we only viewed our current apartment once before completely falling in love with it. Sabrina was amazing, so helpful, understanding, and genuinely made us feel at ease every step of the way. She instantly put our worries to rest and made the whole experience feel effortless. We absolutely loved her service! Sabrina was extremely welcoming. Thank you Sabrina for your great service here at Hudson. We look forward to our new experiences in our neighborhood.

Sabrina, the leasing agent for Hudson Park North was a gem, my husband even commented before we met her that she was the nicest of everyone he called to make appointments with. (We looked also at Apex and Alexander Crossing). When she was told we had a dog, she immediately told us to bring her…others told us upon arrival that she could not accompany us on the tour. When we explained where were coming from, UWS and our reasons for moving, she immediately knew what to show us. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to tour with! When I reached out the very next day about a place we loved, it was already spoken for….shortly after, she sent a video of another which really exceeded what we had hoped for. She knew our “must haves” and nailed them. She was responsive to all questions and we are looking forward to moving in to Piermont with lots more space, an additional bathroom and river views.
