River Club at Hudson Park Apartments

I thought I had found this community by chance, but maybe it was meant to be? I stumbled across the website, saw the wonderful apartments and met Sabrina. I had read the wonderful reviews regarding Sabrina’s professionalism and customer care but they all fall short of the truth! I met Sabrina and saw apartments on a Monday and with her help and guidance I am signing the lease and able to start moving in only 5 days later!! Moving is stressful enough as it is, Sabrina makes it easier and is able to help you navigate the process. She understands that this is your future home and that life has a way of throwing curveballs, something real estate agents and landlords often don’t care about. She takes an interest in you and gets to know your needs to help find the apartment that will best suite you. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone in need of an apartment! Thank you Sabrina!

Though I love my apartment and the resident community at River Club, I have reservations about management (as everyone else does.) However, I am writing to give a glowing review of Yvonne Bravo, who provides first-rate service at the concierge desk. She was the first professional we met when moving here over a year ago, and she’s consistently gone above and beyond in her role. Ms. Yvonne and her afternoon counterpart, Jose, do more than perfunctory work. They truly care about residents’ quality of life, and our community would be at a major loss without them. Thank you, Ms. Yvonne and Jose!

It has been 2 years living here and it has overall been a great experience. We have never had any major concern, and minor issues are resolved quickly. Yes, sometimes things breakdown/need to be repaired in the building, but that’s to be expected. We love our apartment and the views are unmatched.

Huge shout out to the concierge staff- specifically Ms. Yvonne and Jose- they are always so friendly and helpful, and take great care of our packages.

Wonderful place to live. The building itself is right on the Hudson offering amazing views.
Building is quiet and clean. Round the clock security and building is always secure.
People here are just amazing - Melanie goes above and beyond for anything we need!!!

Touring the property with Shelly-Ann was an absolute pleasure! She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment we met, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to highlight details I might’ve otherwise missed. Her passion for helping others really shines through, and she genuinely made me feel like more than just a prospect — she made me feel valued.
