As a current tenant at Hudson Park, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shelly Ann on several occasions, and she has been consistently exceptional. She is pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the property and community. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or helping with lease renewals, she handles everything with care and efficiency. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely values residents and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Shelly Ann is a true asset to Hudson Park!

I went to view the apartments today and did my tour with Sabrina. She's such a sweetheart and very welcoming. She was very thorough with her explanation of all the benefits of the apartment complex and the neighborhood. I will be moving there not only because the apartments are beautiful and amazingly priced, but because of the genuine personality that Sabrina has. If you're thinking about moving out to Yonkers, this might just be the place for you!

I've been living at Hudson Park South since late fall, and I’ve consistently been impressed with the staff. Everyone has been pleasant, helpful, and professional. The concierge team is always friendly and ready to assist, which makes day-to-day living even more enjoyable.

My recent experiences with the leasing office have been especially great—Kiara followed up on my inquiry in less than 24 hours, which I really appreciated. Mike Vargas is incredibly responsive and always points me in the right direction if he doesn’t have the answer himself.

It’s also reassuring to see property management regularly walking the grounds, making sure everything is running smoothly. And I can’t say enough good things about maintenance—especially Diego. He’s friendly, efficient, and always has a great attitude.

Overall, it’s been a pleasure living here, and the team truly goes above and beyond.

I lived in this apartment building for over five years and just recently moved nearby for a fresh start. By mistake, I had a package delivered to my old address. I called in, and Sabrina answered she was super helpful and let me know I could come pick it up. She even followed up with a call to make sure everything was good to go. That kind of service was so appreciated. I’d recommend this building a thousand times over
