Service was great. Clothing is up to the current Brooks Brothers standard.
Customer Service at Brooks Brothers has been always exceptional! I fondly remember being dressed by their locations in Austin and Houston Texas as a kid for formal wear and special occasions and again when I was in prep school and college. So it was a no-brainer to return for our engagement photo wardrobe. Unfortunately we were in a bit of a time crunch, but Dan provided his expertise and helped us find fantastic options available that catered to our needs. We had a lot of fun working with him and felt comfortable asking for his advice on our "his and his" contrasting suit choices so we could be "photo ready". We can't wait to return for our ceremony and reception attire! Thanks again Dan!

We were looking for a camel-colored blazer. We found a few in larger sizes than what we needed. No one asked to help us so we mosied on our way. Still, nice quality items, sometimes a bit high in price. Good for staples.
Dan and George were extremely helpful! I got 2 suits and 4 shirts. I really felt like Dan took the time to make sure I was comfortable in the clothes I was buying. George was able to assist with some of the computer system issues as well. Definitely coming back to the location for all my suit needs.
