Great atmosphere unique machines a level above the cookie cutter big box gyms. Crunch and la fitness are the Walmart of gyms. Burn and blast is the a cut above. A gym where people actually workout and don’t sit on Their cell phones the atmosphere makes you want to work. Wish they had another squat rack but everything is top notch !
I had such a great experience at Burn and Blast gym! The staff is super friendly and the equipment is in excellent condition. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive place to work out!
My go to gym in Monmouth County. Atmosphere is so nice and friendly while maintaining an old school system bodybuilding gym. All the trainers are a blast and give great advice. Perfect for any light gym goer or those looking to spend a couple hours getting a nasty pump in!
Great gym for a great price. Has equipment you won’t see in other gyms. Owners Ronnie and Anna are very knowledgeable about fitness and training. The gym is conveniently open 24 hrs and guest pass are cheap along with getting two gyms for one price. Is a hidden gem in the jersey shore area.
Excellent gym with some amazing equipment you won’t find anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and the environment is great with uplifting energy. Highly recommend checking it out.
