Our dog suffers from extreme anxiety, so any visit to the vet is traumatic for the dog and for us. Dr. Carlos has been so patient and understanding with the dog's behavior problems. Thanks to Dr. Carlos, we are able to keep our pet up-to-date with routine vaccinations and preventative care.

The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive. They always find a way to accommodate us when an issue arises. Angus isn’t the easiest patient, but Dr. Carlos approaches him with calm confidence, which makes the visit much less stressful. He’s patient, thorough, and takes the time to answer all of our questions.

I appreciated how the vet agreed to fit us in last minute on a busy Saturday morning. The facility is lovely, bright & impeccably clean! There was virtually no wait time. Dr Carlos was so kind, warm & patient! He took his time explaining the diagnosis & giving concise recommendations and answering all our questions. My dog, who is normally quite anxious at vet visits, was very content & comfortable in the hands of Dr. Carlos and his vet tech. You can tell how much they genuinely care about their patients! After just one visit I feel like we’ve stumbled upon the best of the best. We’ve had some previous unpleasant experiences with vets, and feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Byram Animal Hospital.
