Bonnie at the front desk is helpful and friendly and Alex was in charge of getting my repair done and went over and above on getting things done right!!!

Chris, Alex, and Bonnie, and their entire team, gave me superb service. Bonnie, was so welcoming and very attentive to everything from the beginning. Alex, went out of his way from start to finish, to ensure me satisfied from soup to nuts. He spent extra time explaining everything with such patience and clarity. Alex also did extra work on my vehicle which was not part of the job. He truly cares. Chris the supervisor (who needed to step in when something happened beyond their control), went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was rectified immediately. He spent extra time discussing and addressing the issue, and even came out to my vehicle at the end to be certain that everything was fixed perfectly. The level of care of this team is exceptional, and most importantly you can trust them. Trust is hard to come by these days. This team is different, they will have your back at all costs. They are professional and staff are great! They did a great job painting my car 2 doors, and repairing one wheel. I was worried about the color matching since my car is metallic blue, but the color matches perfectly! Excellent work and customer service. During the repair they sent me a link that I could follow up the process online. I’m very happy with the outcome :)
