PreOp was great. PostOp leaves a lot to be desired. They rush you out before you can even walk ... like processing cattle instead of people. The nurse that calls you the next day is not at all pleasant .... ChatGPT has more empathy than she does. The anesthesiologist was not exactly stellar either ... when he can't find your vein to insert an IV, you worry. Made it thru, but could have been a much better experience
The medical care is fine. It's a human procedure factory, with no waiting area for family or post-procedure rides other than the parking lot. They have more signs inside telling you that you can't stay here than actual helpful information.It's a shame this is what medicine has become, get them in and out as fast as possible with as little extraneous interaction or accomodations as possible. Another example of how we don't have a healthCARE system any more, its a business that thrives on volume that no longer cares.
Today was my second experience at this facility and it’s the only place I’ll go for future appointments. They are so efficient with every step in the process. Every person I met was lovely, nurturing and accommodating. It’s a very clean facility too which only adds to your feelings of safety and comfort.
I had a fantastic experience. The nurses and doctors were great. Everyone was so kind and made me feel very comfortable.
