I am very impressed with the customer service provided to me by the Manager of Customer Service Sales Support Rep. Nancy. She went above and beyond to help me with my Charmant frame that is 11 months old. She helped facilitate the warranty process personally for me. I am very thankful. Charmant LineArt frames are the lightest and best frames ever.

The new Motiontech frames can be life changing for people with heavier prescriptions. When one patient put his new glasses on he described it as feeling like the lead weights had been removed from behind his ears. Another patient said they were so comfortable they forgot they were wearing them and started looking around for them.

In my opinion the best new design for frames in years!

This is the best customer service manufacturer I have ever encountered. I broke my favorite eyeglasses and when I tried to buy another pair through the distributor they were no longer available and were obsolete. On a last ditch effort I decided to contact Charmant customer service support directly. To my surprise the sales manager Ms. N. O'Meara not only got back to me but was able to have her production piece together some similar frames. They mailed them out and no charge and I was able to pop the old lenses into the new pair. I was bowled over with happiness and joy. What Excellent customer service!!! You have a customer for life. I will definitely be buying Charmant glasses in the future.Thank you again Ms. O'Meara.

I was told by my Optometrist that they could not order a part that I needed for my Charmant glasses frames. I went on line, told them my problem and offered to purchase the part (nose bridge piece). I received a response the next morning. They sent me the replacement part (at no expense to me) and have continued to communicate with me so that I could receive what I needed. Besides having been totally satisfied with my frames for more than 10 years, this is the most prompt and helpful customer service I can ever remember having received. I will certainly recommend Charmant to my friends and will purchase frames from them when I need my next replacement.

Hello everyone in Google land. PLEASE READ!

This is a genuine review of this company.
First of all, they stand behind their product. You will not be disappointed with the quality and workmanship of these lenses. They're light on the nose, durable, stylish, and most importantly comfortable.
I'm now on my fourth pair of glasses. Only because I've had my own accidents with dropping them or stepping on them because I couldn't see where they fell, lol.

Charmant has proven to me that they deserve my business for how they've handled me as a person and customer. A very special thank you to Beverly for going out of her way to find my favorite pair of ALL TIME.
