Dr. Scoggins is masterful in her supportive patient care and excellent surgical skillfulness throughout my two wisdom molar extractions! My experience from the front desk appointment staff to the doctor’s surgical team during the extractions was outstanding. I couldn’t ask for a more compassionate and caring group of people!
I had the misfortune of dealing with an abscessed tooth. The pain was excruciating and it severely impacted my quality of life. I was referred to Clifton for an extraction of the tooth, bone graft and implant. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dr. El Hassan who was able to use a synthetic bone graft like I asked, since intentionally having animal or human tissue inside my body went against my values. The doctor was able to do everything during one procedure. The recovery time was very fast and I can't believe how good it feels to not have excruciating pain anymore. The entire team here is absolutely amazing and so efficient and friendly. No long waiting times, very fast responses by email, easy to reach someone on the phone, etc.. Everyone here is very friendly and competent at what they do. They strive to make every visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I highly recommend Clifton OMS. They will take care of you and will be easily-accessible for any of your questions.
Front desk & reception personnel were very friendly & calming. The assistants were very capable & professional. Dr Scoggins was efficient, confident, knowledgeable & described whole procedure putting me at ease. I didn’t feel anything; even the local anesthetic was harmless. I’d recommend Dr Scoggins & team to anyone in need of oral surgery.
Dr. Scoggins made my fears disappear with her calm explanation of the procedure. Throughout the surgery she explained each step and continually asked how I was doing. She had great patience with my questions. Her assistants were professional and caring. Arielle has been informative and answered all questions I had before and after. The entire office staff is courteous and caring. Overall positive experience!
