Dr. Sturt is very knowledgeable, very pleasant, so comforting and has compassion as she knew about my health condition. I was surprised tho that a nurse practitioner first talked to me since I made an appt with Dr. Sturt. Both of them gave me the same assessment however the approach of this nurse practitioner showed lack of compassion and poor bedside manners. I felt so relieved when Dr. Sturt saw me! I hope that this feedback will improve this NP’s communication and patient care skills, as kindness and empathy make a difference in patient trust and comfort.
