Dr Neil Poulsen seems polite, patient & humble while communicating with a deaf patient throughout the examination process.
WOW I'm so overwhelmed of awesome service I'm receiving from Dr Poulsen and his awesome staff What a pleasant and professional office. I have had vascular surgery several time and this experience was the best because I had no pain or discomfort at all. I couldn't wait to see Dr Poulsen to thank him and hug him for the awesome service I received. The scheduling nurse Karen was so helpful and pleasant. I wish I could rate 10 star because they deserve it

The office is very professional, yet warm and pleasant. Dr. Poulsen put me right at ease. His demeanour had an immediate calming effect on me that I forgot my nervousness. I found him to be knowledgeable, experienced and personable. I have complete faith in him. All in all, a good experience. Glad he was recommended to be by my doctor.

Attentive, caring, knowledgeable and professional. He listens, looks you in the eye. He reviews your medical records and tests prior to meeting with you so that he is prepared for your consultation.
